Those who know me well, knows i have a pretty sweet collection of antique revolvers from the wild west era of the mid to late 1800s. Most are Colt single actions or Smith and Wesson top breaks in calibers from .32 S&W to .45 Long Colt. I also have a coiple of Pepperbox pistols and a huge Sharps carbine .45-70 buffalo rifle. But thats for later, because today im sharing my favorite one ever.
Oddly enough this one is a modern firing replica made by the Italian Uberti Arms Co. Its pretty exact replica of the Smith and Wesson Schofield revolver with the top break shell extracting feature. It is calibered in .45 Long Colt ammo and has a sweet nickel finish with ornate scroll-ish hand engraving and real stag horn custom grips that i had made for her. This one just feels soo good...It's snappy, clicky and i just feel close to it.
Also pictured is the custom belt and holster i have for her fitted and molded to the contours of that sexy revolver.
Fortunately in PA you can buy plenty of firearms and easily get a concealed carry permit. With the exception of Philly, the gun shops are filled with all types excersizing their right to bear arms. Fuck yeh!
